Experience the healing power of sound, as our experienced vocal sound healers guide you through a meditative journey using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, hand pans, ocean drums, and voice. Allow yourself to be immersed in soothing, calming, and even agitating sounds to shake up the energy that needs to be moved out of the body for healing to occur and allow the vibrations to bring you back hOMe.
This is more of a journey than a sound bath.
Please wear something comfortable and bring all the things that would allow comfort for your body.
After the sound journey stay for the yoga nidra to integrate and calm the nervous system. You can join us from your home, or at the studio.
